The Delaware Black Chamber of Commerce (DEBCC) has been officially recognized with a 4-star accreditation from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, a distinction awarded to chambers demonstrating excellence in governance, advocacy, and member services.

This national recognition places DEBCC among an elite group of chambers across the country and reinforces its commitment to advancing economic equity and supporting minority-owned businesses throughout Delaware.
