The Delaware Black Chamber of Commerce (DEBCC) has formally joined a coalition supporting the Housing for Every Delawarean Act (SB23), a comprehensive legislative effort to address the state’s housing shortage.

The bill focuses on modernizing zoning practices, reducing regulatory barriers, and creating pathways for increased housing production across Delaware communities.
