DEBCC Advocates for Small Business Equity Through Senate Bill 272

Chamber supports legislation impacting competitive fairness for small businesses

The Delaware Black Chamber of Commerce (DEBCC) continues its advocacy efforts in support of Senate Bill 272, legislation aimed at addressing barriers to fair competition and economic opportunity for small businesses across Delaware.

As part of a broader coalition, DEBCC has engaged with state leadership, policymakers, and stakeholders to ensure that the voices of minority-owned businesses are represented in ongoing legislative discussions.

“Ensuring equitable access to opportunity is critical to building a stronger, more inclusive economy,” said Ayanna Khan-Flowers, Founder and President/CEO of DEBCC.

DEBCC remains committed to advancing policies that support small business growth, sustainability, and long-term economic impact throughout the state.
