The Delaware Black Chamber of Commerce (DEBCC) continues its advocacy efforts in support of Senate Bill 272, legislation aimed at addressing barriers to fair competition and economic opportunity for small businesses across Delaware.

As part of a broader coalition, DEBCC has engaged with state leadership, policymakers, and stakeholders to ensure that the voices of minority-owned businesses are represented in ongoing legislative discussions.
