DE Legal Workshop Series: Fair Housing Discrimination

Whether you are a renter, homebuyer/owner, real estate agent or landlord, the Fair Housing Act is important to be familiar with. This virtual session by DE Community Legal Aid Society (CLASI) will cover the fair housing rights of people with disabilities, including reasonable accommodation and reasonable modification requests, and how to comply with the Fair Housing Act.
