During this session, Grow America will share how their Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), in partnership with Discover Bank, now Capital One, is providing some of the lowest-cost commercial loans in the country—with rates at 5.5% fixed or lower and flexible 10- or 25-year terms. Attendees will learn how these funds can be used for real estate purchases, business acquisition, working capital, equipment, and leasehold improvements.
